POLAR CUTTER AUTOMATION
Upgrade your old manual glass rule cutter into a programmable backgauge controller. This automation will increase your production and cutting accuracy. Unlike many other backgauge controller which is limited to a certain machine size, this unit will work on any cutting machine.
Programming a job is very user friendly. The unit can be installed by your local technician. Customer support is always available.
The linear measuring system (LMS) of Polar cutters consists of a glass scale and scanning head. When it gets damage, the cost of replacing such a system is very expensive and may not be available from suppliers. Presswares Inc. sells modification kit so you can continue using your Polar cutter. Accuracy is the same as what you expect from a Polar cutter and installation is easy as plug and play. All parts, wire connections and brackets are provided.
